Persons with Disabilities in the Public Library “Stefan Prvovenčani”, Kraljevo. Examples of Good Practices and Challenges

Abstract

The paper consists of three parts. In the first, the author considers statistics from the last census in Serbia (2011) which clarify the number, structure and social and economic position of people with disabilities in the Serbian population. In the second part, the author reminds us of international law and human obligations with regard to persons with disabillities, and in the third, she brings the examplesof good practice in „Stefan Prvovenčani“ Public Library in Kraljevo, with regard to persons with disabillities as users of librarian services as well as employees and human resources.

  1. Uznanie autorstwa — Utwór należy odpowiednio oznaczyć, podać link do licencji i wskazać jeśli zostały dokonane w nim zmiany . Możesz to zrobić w dowolny, rozsądny sposób, o ile nie sugeruje to udzielania prze licencjodawcę poparcia dla Ciebie lub sposobu, w jaki wykorzystujesz ten utwór.
  2. Użycie niekomercyjne — Nie należy wykorzystywać utworu do celów komercyjnych
  3. Bez utworów zależnych — Remiksując, przetwarzając lub tworząc na podstawie utworu, nie wolno rozpowszechniać zmodyfikowanych treści.

Brak dodatkowych ograniczeń — Nie możesz korzystać ze środków prawnych lub technologicznych, które ograniczają innych w korzystaniu z utworu na warunkach określonych w licencji.
